Etihad Stadium
The Etihad Stadium is a sports ground located in Docklands precinct of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia. The stadium is also known as Dockland Stadium and also formerly it was known as Colonial Stadium and Telestra Dome. The stadium was constructed in the year 2000 and Australian $460 million were invested in the construction of this stadium. The stadium is used to host the cricket matches as well as football matches. The stadium possesses the capacity of approximately 57,000 audiences. The stadium has several tenants such as Australian Cricket team and Melbourne Renegades in the Big Bash League as the cricketing tenants along with a number of football tenants.
